DELIVERY CHARGES & TIMES 

USA - 5-15 working days via DHL from the UK. 
FREE DELIVERY on all orders.
Signature is required.

UK - 4-7 working days via DPD.
Delivery costs $12.95, FREE DELIVERY on orders over $400.
Signature is required.

EU & Rest of the world - 5-15 working days via DHL.
Delivery costs $19.95, FREE DELIVERY on order over $400.
Signature is required.

The delivery times quoted are usual timescales, however in most cases your order may arrive sooner. As all orders are shipped from the UK, we cannot guarantee delivery times for any orders and for international deliveries your order may also be delayed in customs which unfortunately are out of our control.

DELIVERY SERVICE

All international orders will be delivered via our couriers DHL.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from the courier including your tracking details. All deliveries need to be signed for so please make sure there will be someone at the delivery address. If you are not at home, you will be notified by the courier and a redelivery will be attempted. Unfortunately, we do not currently delivery to BFPO addresses.

Delivery timescales at times can take a little longer depending on the destination. We cannot guarantee delivery times for any orders. 

LAST ORDER DATES FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY 

For delivery in time for Christmas, please place US & international orders by 8am EST on 13th December.

While we expect all orders placed by these dates to arrive in time for Christmas, orders may occasionally experience delays due to customs clearance. We’ll do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, but please note we cannot guarantee it. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

We offer a delivery duty paid (DDP) service to a lot of countries around the world. This means that any duties or customs fees have already been paid when the parcel arrives with you.

Unfortunately it is not possible to offer this in every country, and if you are placing an order to be delivered to the countries listed here you may receive duty and customs charges and these must be paid for by you before delivery can be made. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be.

 

RETURNING AN ORDER WITHIN THE USA.

All N.Peal items are made to the highest quality however if you find an item you have purchased is unsatisfactory, you are welcome to return it within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. For US orders we offer a FREE returns and exchange service when made via our courier. To Book a return, please contact us.

Extended Christmas Returns

All items purchased from 1st November 2024 will benefit from an extended returns policy, allowing returns and exchanges until 22nd January 2025, giving you extra time for Christmas gift returns.

RETURNING AN ORDER OUTSIDE THE USA

Unfortunately due to the increasing charges for returning items from outside mainland UK, returns for ALL international orders must be made at your own cost.

Please note that all items are returned to us at your own risk and we therefore recommend you choose a registered or tracked postal service, ensuring any customs documents state your parcel is a return. We are not liable for any items that you return to us and cannot issue a refund until the goods are received. All items must be returned in perfect, resaleable condition.

Note: As we trade in GBP and due to fluctuations in international exchange rates, some refunds for international orders may vary slightly to the initial order value..
