DELIVERY CHARGES & TIMES 

USA - up to 10 working days via FedEx. 
Delivery costs $19.95, FREE DELIVERY on orders over $400.
Signature not required.

The delivery times quoted represent our usual timescales; however, in many cases your order may arrive sooner. All orders to the USA are shipped from New York.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from the courier with your tracking details. Deliveries may require a signature. If you are not at home, the courier will notify you and attempt redelivery.

Please note that delivery timescales may vary depending on the destination, and we are unable to guarantee delivery times for any orders.

RETURNING AN ORDER WITHIN THE USA.

All N.Peal items are made to the highest quality however if you find an item you have purchased is unsatisfactory, you are welcome to return it within 28 days of receipt for a refund. For US orders we offer a FREE returns service when made via our courier. To Book a return, please contact us.

Extended Christmas Returns

All items purchased from 1st November 2025 will benefit from an extended returns policy, allowing returns and exchanges until 22nd January 2026, giving you extra time for Christmas gift returns.
