For delivery in time for Christmas, please place US & international orders by 8am EST on 13th December.
While we expect all orders placed by these dates to arrive in time for Christmas, orders may occasionally experience delays due to customs clearance. We’ll do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, but please note we cannot guarantee it. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
USA - 5-15 business days via DHL from the UK. FREE DELIVERY on all orders. Signature is required.
UK - 3-5 business days via DPD. Delivery costs $12.95, FREE DELIVERY on orders over $400. Signature is required.
EU & Rest of the world - 5-15 business days via FedEx or DHL.. Delivery costs $19.95, FREE DELIVERY on order over $400. Signature is required.
The delivery times quoted are usual timescales, however in most cases your order may arrive sooner. We cannot guarantee delivery times for any orders and for international deliveries your order may also be delayed in customs which unfortunately are out of our control.

Extended Christmas Returns
All items purchased from 1st November 2024 will benefit from an extended returns policy, allowing returns and exchanges until 22nd January 2025, giving you extra time for Christmas gift returns.
Gift Wrap
All N.Peal web orders are delivered in 100% recyclable cardboard boxes with tissue paper. A complimentary signature gift box made from FCS certified 100% recycled and recyclable paper is also available on all orders, this option needs to be selected at checkout and is optional to minimise waste.
