Checkout for U.S. orders is securely completed through our trusted international partner, Global‑e, who acts on behalf of N.Peal.

The delivery times quoted represent our usual timescales; however, in many cases your order may arrive sooner.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from the courier with your tracking details. If you are not at home, the courier will notify you and attempt redelivery.

Please note that delivery timescales may vary depending on the destination, and we are unable to guarantee delivery times for any orders.

Every N.Peal piece is crafted to the highest standards. However, should your purchase not be quite right, you're welcome to return it within 28 days of receipt for a refund.

Extended Xmas returns.

All items purchased from 1st November 2026 will benefit from an extended returns policy, allowing returns and exchanges until 22nd January 2027, giving you extra time for Christmas gift returns.

Please note that we're unable to offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item or size, we kindly ask that you place a new order and request a refund for your return.
