Returns & Exchanges


Our extended returns policy applies to all orders placed between 31st October-24th December 2021. Items purchased between these dates can be returned up until 22nd January 2022.

All N.Peal items are made to the highest quality however if you find an item you have purchased is unsatisfactory, you can return it within 28 days of receipt for a refund.

For US orders we offer FREE returns if you return via the FedEx Returns process outlined below.

FedEx Returns

  1. Contact us at with your full name, order number and details of the item you wish to return. You can find your order number on the packing slip delivered with your original parcel, or on your order confirmation email.
  2. Our customer service team will then organise any documentation or labels required and send these to you via email.
  3. Once received you please drop off your parcel at the nearest FedEx location.
  4. Visit to find your nearest FedEx location and drop off your parcel.
  5. Please ensure you request a receipt so you are able to track your order and have proof of parcel drop-off.

We regret that due to the increased charges for returning items from outside the UK, any returns made that do not follow the process outlined above must be made at your own cost.

Please note we cannot accept liability for any returns sent to us and are not able to issue a credit until the garments are received.
All garments must be returned in perfect, re-saleable condition.

Please ensure you always obtain a proof of postage and allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.
