All N.Peal items are made to the highest quality however if you find an item you have purchased is unsatisfactory, you can return it within 28 days of receipt for a refund. Alternatively if you wish to exchange it for a more suitable size or colour we can also arrange this for you. Extended Christmas Returns

All items purchased from 1st November 2024 will benefit from an extended returns policy, allowing returns and exchanges until 22nd January 2025, giving you extra time for Christmas gift returns.

 

RETURNING AN ORDER FROM THE US

All N.Peal items are made to the highest quality however if you find an item you have purchased is unsatisfactory, you are welcome to return it within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. For US orders we offer a FREE returns and exchange service when made via our courier. To Book a return, please contact our Customer Experience Team.

 

RETURNING AN ORDER FROM OUTSIDE THE US

Unfortunately due to the increasing charges for returning items from outside the US, returns for ALL international orders must be made at your own cost. Please note that all items are returned to us at your own risk and we therefore recommend you choose a registered or tracked postal service or organise your return via our customer service team. We are not liable for any items that you return to us and cannot issue a refund until the goods are received. All items must be returned in perfect, re-saleable condition. Note: As we trade in GBP and due to changes in international exchange rates, some refunds for international orders may vary slightly to the initial order value.
